1. What is dropshipping? Dropshipping is a business model that allows you to run an online store without managing inventory. You sell products on your store, buy them from suppliers, and the suppliers ship directly to your customers.

2. What are your pricing options? Our niche stores start at $199. Additional services include:

  • Domain Registration & Installation: $20
  • Logo Design & Installation: $30
  • Skip the Queue: $49

3. How long does it take to get my store? Your store will be ready within 2-5 days of order form submission. If you add Skip the Queue to your order, it will be delivered within 24 hours. Custom stores, tailored to your specifications, may take longer.

4. What suppliers do you use? We work with reliable suppliers based on niche store needs, ensuring trending and reliable products.

5. Are there any ongoing fees? No ongoing fees from us. Shopify charges a basic fee of $39/month for their platform.

6. Do you offer marketing and advertising help? Currently, we provide starter guides for ads. A comprehensive marketing course will be available soon for all clients.

7. How many products are included in a niche store? Each store includes 50-100 products. You can add more products from reputable suppliers after the handover.

8. Can I trust DropshipForSale? Absolutely! We are official Shopify Partners, experienced in building and managing dropshipping stores. We've been building amazing online stores since 2017.

9. How do I handle customer refunds? It sucks but it happens. No worries though. There are a few things you can offer your customer!

a) Offer to refund 50% of the order & let the customer keep the product. (This is a great method because you don't have to deal with the hassle of returns & if your customer wants to do this, you will more than likely still be profitable or at the very least, breakeven.)

b) Ask the customer to give you a reason why they want to return. If the product is faulty or doesn't arrive, you can request that they send you proof and then go and request a refund from your supplier, submitting the customers evidence to them. Once you get your money back, you refund your customer.

10. Does DropshipForSale offer refunds? We have a no refund policy due to the digital nature of our service. We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your store.

11. Do you offer technical support after the store is delivered? Yes, we provide 30 days of free technical support to help you get started. 

12. How do I update my product listings? Updating product listings is simple with Shopify’s user-friendly interface. We can provide a tutorial and assistance for managing your inventory.

13. Can I change the design of my store after purchase? Yes, you can customize your store design at any time. We offer design services if you need professional help.

14. What payment gateways are supported? Shopify supports various payment gateways, including PayPal, Stripe, and credit card payments. We help set up these gateways in your store.

15. Are there any hidden costs I should be aware of? No hidden costs from us. Be mindful of potential expenses such as marketing and additional Shopify apps that you may choose to install.

16. How do I track my orders and shipments? You can track orders through the Shopify admin dashboard. We also integrate tracking tools to provide real-time updates.

17. What if I want to sell my store later? Your store is an asset. You can sell your store on platforms like Exchange Marketplace or Flippa. 

18. How secure is my store? Shopify provides robust security features, including SSL certificates and secure payment gateways, ensuring your store and customer data are protected.
